Sorry for the slow updates on the website. We've been working on a lot of side projects including prepping the yard for training with everyone this summer.

We've installed a new patio for a "flat" surface to work on, OK for anyone who's seen it so far I have some leveling to do still.

We have the dual heavy bag stand part way finished and will hopefully be getting that finished this week. We'll be adding an uppercut bag as well as hopefully a pull up bar.

We're really looking forward to training with everyone this summer! Enjoy the last of the school year and we'll see you all soon!

Our little group has always been dedicated to studying and promoting Martial Arts. In this age of technology creating a digital space we can communicate and share as we grow is vital.

We're working hard developing and designing a community site for Martial Arts that our friends, teachers, and students can all utilize and enjoy.

It has so far been an interesting and rewarding experience. We've received great feedback from all of you out there and we can't say enough how much we appreciate it!

We'll continue to work hard to make this site something we can all be proud of!
